    So these are people with uncontrolled high blood pressure? That would bea third of adults. I find that hard to believe.

  2. One of the most helpful things I found in controlling my own high blood pressure was simply measuring it more often. I now measure my blood pressure almost every day at the same time and record the findings to be able to trend it over time. I just use a regular home blood pressure monitoring unit which I found here: http://www.bloodpressurechecker.org

    I’ve seen diet and exercise have some positive effect, but I feel like I’m probably going to have to go on medication.
